To make a booking

Please call Balkania Travel on 020 7538 8654 to check availability, and ask for our travel insurance detailsif you require them. Please note we can also provide annual travel insurance. We shall then accept aprovisional booking which we can keep open for 5 working days.Read the Booking Conditions, complete the Booking Form, sign the Declaration and then send the form tous with your deposit of £120 per person and the insurance premium if you wish to purchase our travelinsurance. Payment should be made by cheque, and should reach us within 5 working days. We canaccept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Switch, JCB and American Express, but there is a handling chargeof 2.7% to cover the charges made by the credit card companies.

To confirm your booking

On receipt of your completed Booking Form and deposit, a Confirmation Invoice will be sent to you. YourInsurance Certificate will follow a few days later, if you are arranging it with us.If you have queries about any details on this invoice, please contact us at once. If such notification is notreceived within 14 days of the issue date, we shall consider the invoice to be correct.We reserve the right to decline any booking, at our discretion.



Payment of Balance

Full payment of the balance is due 8 weeks before departure. This date will be shown on the ConfirmationInvoice. Do make a note of this date, as no reminder will be issued. If the balance is not paid by the duedate, we reserve the right to treat the booking as cancelled, and levy appropriate cancellation charges.(See Booking Conditions)If you are booking less than eight weeks before the departure date, full payment will be required with theBooking Form.


Travel documents

Approximately two weeks before departure we shall send you all your travel documents. Please take themand your Confirmation Invoice with you on holiday.
